Terms of Service

Hello! Please take a moment to become familiar with my Terms Of Service as they provide protection for both the client and the artist. Thank you!

Cardinal Rules

  • An Invoice will be sent to your provided PayPal email once your order is accepted! Direct payments without invoices are not permitted.

  • Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by the commissioner. You do NOT have permission to edit, take credit for, or resell commissioned art.

  • By Paying the invoice you agree to have read and accepted these terms.

Expedite Fees

  • Each emote takes roughly one week to complete. an expedite fee of $15 per emote may be paid in order to shorten each emote creation process to 2-3 days. This action will also push your order to the start of the queue.

  • Please DO NOT ask for quicker service within the one week period if the expedite fee has not been paid.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations on orders that have not been started may be requested and the refund will be in full. However, if the order has been started, a full refund will not be issued.

  • Commissions may be subject to cancellations if these terms are not followed.

  • Termination of the order due to the above reason will not be up for discussion.

  • In the case of an emergency cancellation, the commissioner will be notified and refunded in full.

Edits

  • If a request for a remake of an emote is made AFTER the sketching phase, a new emote must be purchased as a separate order. Refunds will not be available.

  • Edits of details on a finished emote not explained before the sketching phase will not be added without an extra cost of $5 per small change. Large edits after the finished product is resized are also not permitted without a fee of 50% per item.

  • Color changes are welcomed so long as they do not surpass 3 edits.

Updates

  • Please refer to the provided Trello link for updates on your order.

  • Remember to be respectful when checking in on progress via PM, frequent messages can be distracting and oftentimes stressful.

Other Notes

  • All payments must be made in USD via PayPal!

  • The finished product will be sent to your PayPal email as well as linked on the platform originally used to communicate.

  • All emotes are sent through the deviantart account @UVICTSA using sta.sh, from there you can download the complete file as a ZIP!

  • Sta.sh links will not expire, please keep them somewhere you can access in case the .PNG files are misplaced!
